Ingredients
  

Spices and Juices

  • 3 sticks cinnamon sticks high-quality, fragrant
  • 5 berries allspice berries whole
  • 3 cloves whole cloves
  • 3 cups apple cider freshly pressed orchard cider is ideal
  • 2 cups cranberry juice unsweetened or cocktail
  • 2 cups orange juice pulp-free
  • 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

Finishers

  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda thoroughly chilled
  • 1 whole fresh orange sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries washed and dried

Instructions
 

  • In a large punch bowl or dispenser, drop in the cinnamon sticks, allspice berries, and whole cloves.
  • Pour in the apple cider, cranberry juice, orange juice, pomegranate juice, and pineapple juice. Stir gently with a wooden spoon to blend.
  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 2 hours to allow the whole spices to infuse.
  • Right before serving, pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda and give it a final gentle stir to maintain carbonation.
  • Float orange rounds and fresh cranberries on the surface for a festive presentation.

Notes

Skip ice in the punch bowl to avoid watering down flavors; provide an ice bucket on the side instead. For a warm version, simmer juices and spices for 20 minutes and omit the soda.
